Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we offer, returns are not possible. All orders are custom made to order.

The above policy does not include damages or quality issues. We request that you inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item. 

Shipping/Order Completion Policy


Current turnaround time is 10 business days. If you are in need of an item expedited please contact us prior to placing your order to see what we can do. We will make contact with you if there is any delay in your order. 


A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
